Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Axiom — the web app, the Axio desktop app, the browser extension, and this site (tokenio.io). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're under 18, you may use Axiom only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. What Axiom does

Axiom connects the accounts you authorize and surfaces what needs your attention. Axio, our assistant, drafts, plans, researches, and can work through tasks in your own browser. Axio is supervised by design: it stages actions and stops before anything irreversible — submitting, sending, paying. The final action is always yours, and you are responsible for what you choose to approve, including compliance with your school's academic-integrity rules.

3. Plans & subscriptions

Axiom offers a Free tier and paid plans (Plus and Pro), billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from Settings → Plan, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for. Prices and tier limits may change with notice; changes don't affect the period you've already paid for. Student pricing requires a valid .edu verification.

4. Axio AI License — presale terms

The Axio AI License is a one-time, pre-order (presale) purchase of $49.99 for the advanced agentic engine. Please read this section carefully before buying.

• It is a presale. The engine is not yet generally available. You are reserving early access at a locked-in founding price; the capability ships in a future release.
• What you get now: an "Early access — reserved" status on your account, a guaranteed founding price that won't increase for you, and priority access when the engine ships.
• Expected delivery: we're targeting delivery within 12 months of purchase. This is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee of a specific date; we'll keep reserved buyers updated on progress.
• Refund policy: because this is a pre-order for a product that hasn't shipped, you may request a full refund at any time before the engine is delivered to you, for any reason. After delivery, you may request a refund within 14 days if the capability doesn't substantially work as described. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
• If we can't deliver: if we discontinue the engine before delivering it, we will refund your purchase in full.
• The License is a capability unlock independent of your usage plan; buying it does not change your Free/Plus/Pro tier, and your plan does not include it.

5. Affiliate program

Anyone with an Axiom account can join the affiliate program and earn a commission for sales they refer. By joining, you agree to the following:

• Commission: $25 (50% of $49.99) for each Axio AI License purchased by a new customer you referred, attributed by your referral link within a 30-day cookie window.
• Payouts are made automatically through Stripe Connect to your connected account. Commissions are held until the buyer's refund window has passed.
• Clawback: if a referred purchase is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed.
• No self-referral and no fraud: you can't earn on your own purchases, and you may not use spam, misleading claims, undisclosed paid placement, trademark-bidding, or bot traffic. We may withhold payouts and remove affiliates who abuse the program.
• Disclosure & taxes: you must disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g. FTC), and you are responsible for any taxes on your payouts. Stripe provides tax reporting where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Axiom to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or circumvent usage limits or security. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account.

7. Your data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Axiom is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Axio's output may contain mistakes — review it before you act. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
